As Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour made its way through New Orleans and Mississippi in early April, a handful of fans had the opportunity to meet the superstar couple backstage.
One such fan was a young girl named Rosie, who had the pleasure of speaking to Faith. But that’s not all. The young lady, prodded on by her mom, got the opportunity to sing “Mississippi Girl”—Faith’s 2005 hit—with the superstar.
Faith posted a video of the precious meeting on her Instagram account: “Was so sweet to meet & sing with Rosie, a fellow Mississippi Girl. #soul2soul #speaktoagirl.”
“You just made my day when I saw your little video, you’re precious,” Faith said at the meeting. “What do you want to sing?”
“‘Mississppi Girl’,” replied Rosie.
