Animal offenders may have to register similar to registry as sex offenders. That includes their name, date of birth, offense, and conviction date and animal abusers will be registered for two years,

State of Tennessee and the Michigan are the two states that currently have an animal offenders registry, some counties have enforced this on a local level such as Suffolk County, New York and Cook County, Illinois. They have a database for animal abusers but other states are considering this measure due to growing popularity.
