Walt Disney World has Closed for 5th Time in History; All Because of Hurricanes

Walt Disney World is closing all four of its theme parks in Florida due to Hurricane Irma.  The closure began Saturday evening and will be closed for two days, Sunday and Monday.  Two day closure is a first for Disney World which opened in 1971 and has only closed 4 times in their 46 year history and all those times were due to Hurricanes: in 1999 for Hurricane Floyd, 2004 for Hurricane Frances, 2004 for Hurricane Jeanne and last year 2016 for Matthew, this weekend will mark the 5th closure.  Read More:  USA Today

The park plans to reopen on Tuesday, according to a statement from Disney officials. Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando have also to closed.
