Carrie Underwood works out less and still maintains her great shape. Being a mom to 2-year-old son, Isaiah Michael takes up a lot of time not to mention, meetings and writing sessions balancing time with husband so that has caused her to cut back on her rigorous routine.
“I used to work out six days a week,” she said during interview with E! “But now that’s a little rare, sometimes it’s one or two times a week and that just kind of has to be ok. And it is ok because whatever I’m doing that’s keeping me out of the gym is important.
According to Carrie, her family husband and son is the top priority before anything else. How does she maintain her toned body? Squats and Lunges in Carrie’s words “”I do a lot of squats, I do a lot of lunges, I do a lot of curtsy lunges, I do a lot of goblet squats, I use the leg press machine.”
