A study by the traffic data company INRIX has ranked the worst congestion and three cities in Texas made it to the Top 25, Dallas has 6,720 “hot spots,” which was the most in Texas and the fifth most in the country. Dallas ranked only behind New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Atlanta for having the worst traffic congestion.
