The property was up-for-sale in September and bought by Texas Investment ICA, (Investment Corporation of America) purchased Vista Ridge Mall for $17.3 Million cash and will spend $3 to $4 million for renovations immediately. The mall is currently 72 percent occupied, but the new owners will work to get 100% occupancy. Music City Mall is named because it will become a live entertainment venue seven days a week. This is be shopping mall but on weeknights and on Saturday and Sunday they bring in live performances and events to bring in the crowds.
