“We’re not in a position to be both competitive and profitable,” the spokesperson said in a statement.  The bank is choosing to eliminate its customer contact center in Plano due to the decline in call volumes.  Capital One will still service its existing home loans and employees will be allowed to apply for internal job positions.  Capital One actively working the auto loans and their credit card market.  The Plano office is 205,000 square-feet that includes a  three-story slide and a game room and employees over 5,000 employees.   More Story:  HERE
