Carrie Underwood suffered from a major fall at her Nashville home and was taken to the hospital, at the time no further details were released.  As of Sunday morning we have learned more.  Her rep released the statement:  “On Friday night, Carrie Underwood took a hard fall on some steps outside her home,”

 “While there were no life-threatening injuries, she was taken to the hospital to be treated. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and some cuts and abrasions from the fall.”

Carrie will not be participating in the Nashville Benefit Concert scheduled for tonight to raise money for Hurricane victims.  See Carrie’s tweet she sent out this morning.
