Credit Card Skimmers Found at North Texas Gas Stations

As reported by the Star-Telegram,   State officials said skimmer devices have been found across Texas in fuel pumps, and on Monday four devices found at Arlington gas station Hawk’s Pantry, 1606 Randol Mill Road.  These devices help thieves gain information from credit and debit cards.   What can you do?  Look for any damage to the credit card reader, if it appears to be loose, report it to the clerk at the store.  Use our credit card for payment or best pay with cash.  But try not to use your debit card in order to keep your bank account safe.

Did you buy gas in Arlington recently? Might want to check your bank statement if you did.
