Research Found Owning a Dog is Good for Your Health

Research has confirmed that owning a dog is good for your health.  New comprehensive study show the results that dog owner has lower risk of cardiovascular disease and death.

The study followed 3.4 million people over 12 years and found that people who lived alone and owned a dog were 33 percent less likely to die than adults who lived alone without dogs. The research, published in Scientific Reports, also found that single adults with dogs were 36 percent less likely to die from cardiovascular disease.
