The CFL has begun negations with Johnny Manziel. Tiger-Cats confirmed on Sunday that they have offered a 2 year contract to Johnny Manziel for the purposes of keeping him on the team’s negotiation list. In 2012 he was the Heisman Trophy winner then in 2014 he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns, Manziel has been out of football since the end of the 2015 season.
