The Last Blockbuster In Texas Is Closing

(Rio Grande Valley) Edinburg, Texas posted a note on their door that read:  “Dear Customers, It is with great sadness to announce that the last Blockbuster in Texas will close it’s doors.  We thank you so much for all the years of loyalty. At its peak in 2004, Blockbuster employed about 58,500 oeople in the U.S. and had 9,094 stores.  In 2010, the company filed for bankruptcy protection Liquidation sale on Friday.Jan 26th.
