New Law Begins Feb 1st Against Unattended Dogs

As many know the City of Dallas has had a very bad image of stray dogs and dogs left unattended or tethered.   But hopefully all that will change beginning with this new law and according to the city code, a dog being tied up will only be allowed only for certain situations and the dog’s owner must follow the law which includes the tethering device cannot be attached directly to the dog’s neck.  Violators will face a $500 fine..    MORE STORY  HERE
