Research Shows Frequent Spicy Food Consumption Linked with Longer Life

People who eat spicy foods nearly every day have a 14% chance of living longer than those who seldom eat spicy foods, according to a new study published by Harvard University.  Researchers looked at the diet of 487,375 people, ages 30-79, including spicy food consumption.  Here are some surprising information that people who eat spicy foods have lower rates of mortality and are less likely to die from cancer, and heart or respiratory diseases.
