American Airlines has updated their policy regarding ’emotional support’ animals. The ‘no – fly’ list includes goats, hedgehogs ferrets, spiders, chickens, hawks, and insects can no longer board their planes with passengers for ’emotional aid’. Also, animals with hooves, tusks or horns are banned too. The airline said the animal guidelines has been revised, if people require support animals, they must file required paperwork 48 hours before their flight and have a medical professional sign off on it.
