Miranda expressed sadness for the loss of Aretha Franklin and posted on Instagram calling her “The greatest of all time.” She gave a tribute performing Franklin’s “Do Right Woman, Do Right Man.”
Lambert briefly addressed the crowd before she started her tribute:
“We lost one of the greatest singers in the world yesterday,” she said, going on to add, “there’s not going to be another woman who sings like Aretha in our lifetime.”
