Two areas of Dallas have received warnings because two bats were found in the last week, they tested positive for rabies. Beware near the White Rock Lake area. The first bat was found August 15th, in the on Coronado Avenue near the south end of White Rock Lake. The second bat was found August 18th, on Benedict Drive near the north end of the lake. Beware for yourself, family and pets. Animal Service Officers are notifying everyone in the neighborhoods, no humans or pets were exposed.
