The renaming will be for 75 North Central Expressway from PGBT North to 635 South through Richardson. “The renaming of 75 to the ‘Officer David Sherrard Memorial Highway’ is an honor that is justly deserved for our hero,” said his wife, Nicole Sherrard . Officer Sherrard, 37, was killed on 2/7/2018 in the line of duty. Highway markers will be paid by private donors. The House has approved the bill and will now go to the Senate. MORE INFO: HERE
