From NWS Fort Worth: “Arctic air arrives next week with highs most likely in the 20s/30s Wednesday & Thursday. Lows are likely to drop to less than 10 degrees for much of North TX & the Big Country, increasing the risk for damage to unprotected pipes. Monitor the forecast!“

Another strong arctic cold front will arrive around the middle of next week, dropping temperatures into the single digits and teens along with dangerous wind chills of -5 to 15 degrees.
