Texans Can’t Buy Liquor Christmas or New Year’s Day

You might want to stock up because according to The Texas Liquor Control Act which passed in 1935,  (yes, that’s right two years after Prohibition ended)  which regulates the sale of liquor and alcohol.  The state law bans the sale of liquor on Christmas and New Year’s, along with Thanksgiving.   MORE info:  HERE
