You Can Be Fined For Leaving Pets Unattended in Cars in Round Rock

New city ordinance passed Thursday bans people from leaving animals in unattended vehicles for ANY amount of time. Fine could cost up to $192.00.  Also, People also can’t leave animals in the back of a truck– unless the animal is in a cage.  that’s not all  … micro-chipping is required, and it’s now illegal to use metal chains to tie up an animal.  MORE STORY:  HERE

Anyone living in Round Rock can now be punished with a sizable fine for leaving their pets in the car.
