I LOVE LOVE this Mom’s idea for setting up a study spaces for her kids. What study space ideas are working for your kiddos?
My girls are virtual learning so I get to pop on my Cafeteria Lady hat and create some yummy recipes for lunch. These are the recipes my girls have really enjoyed!
I make up a batch of shredded chicken in my Instant Pot each week and the lunch creations are endless…chicken rice bowls, (shredded chicken, brown rice, black beans, cheese & salsa) chicken tacos. chicken pasta, chicken wraps. I usually set out the ingredients like a buffet and let my daughters create their favs.
My girls LOVE LOVE LOVE Cheesy Cauliflower Rice! dare I say more than mac & cheese. If you want to transition your kids to this dish, try making it with Kraft Mac and Cheese sauce.
My daughter started making these Egg Bites and we LOVE them. Pop them in the microwave and heat them up each morning and breakfast is served!!!
Growing up I thought I was UH-mazing in the kitchen because I knew how to make Cinnamon Toast.! The whole breakfast toasts thing has become a really cool idea and there are TONS of ways to make them. (and my kiddos to make their own!)
We LOVE avacado toast!! https://pinchmegood.com/kid-friendly-avocado-toast/
Love these artsy ideas: https://www.organizedmom.net/10-crazy-toast-ideas-kids-will-love/
We love this pasta salad and change the dressing’s up when we make it. Olive Garden Dressing is our fav.
We would LOVE to hear your recipe and tips for making the school year go great for your family!!
XO,
Tara
