Oh, baby get ready to chow down my friends!!!!! This year’s Big Tex Choice Award Semi-Finalists have been announced and those fair chefs have really gotten creative!!! I think I’m looking most forward to trying the Deep Fried I-35 cause it doesn’t get more Texan than kolaches from West, peaches from Parker County and Dr, Pepper!!!! We’ve got 71 days of waiting before the eating goes down!!!!! If you are feeling inspired here are some yummy recipes from bigtex.com
