So, you are one of the lucky ones to win a prize! Congratulations! But, now what?

Check your email. We email all of our winners within 24 to 48 hours of winning. If you won over the weekend, we’ll email you on Monday. Please check your Spam folder, just in case.
This email will give you all of the information you need to pick up your prize. Sometimes prizes are not ready for pick up right away, this happens a lot with concert tickets. We’ll reach out as soon as those prizes are available for you to pick up.
Where do you pick up your prize? Once your prize is ready to be picked up, you will pick it up from the radio station.

We are in Victory Park, on AT&T Plaza right next to the American Airlines Center in Downtown Dallas. There is free parking (up to 2 hours) across the street on the south side of our building (across from the W Hotel).
When can you pick up your prize? We are open Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am-5:30pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day). We also close at 2pm the business day before the holiday.
What do you need to pick up your prize? A valid photo ID with your contact information (i.e. Drivers License)
How long do you have to pick up your prize? 30 days from the day your prize is ready to be picked up. Concert tickets for weekday shows will be available until the day of the show. Concerts that are on a Saturday or Sunday will need to be picked up by 5:30pm the Friday before the show.
What if you can’t make it to pick up your prize? Unfortunately we do not mail prizes. If we were to mail your prize and it got lost or stolen in the mail, we would have no way to replace it.
However, you can send someone to pick up your prize. Just be sure to send them with: 1) A copy of your ID. 2) A signed note giving us permission to release your prize to them. Please include their name on the note.
