Saturday night (March 25, 2017) was a historic night for the Honky Tonk Kid, Aaron Watson on not one but TWO occasions:
Early in the evening, Aaron became one of a select group of superstars to have their hand prints put in cement at Billy Bob’s Texas. Once dried, the hand print will be signed by Aaron and put on display, forever to be enjoyed by the multitude of Country music fans who visit The World’s Largest Honky Tonk each year!
Later during the show, Aaron would find out that he had sold out Billy Bob’s. This was the first sell out show at The World’s Largest Honky Tonk for Aaron during his 18 year career!
Aaron, who is coming off the release of his latest album “Vaquero” which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country Albums Chart, also recently headlined Rodeo Houston for the first time, with a crowd of over 59,000.
“Whether our record charts #1 or dead last, we’ll just give glory to God, because that’s what we do” said Aaron. “We stay true to our brand, we work hard, and we ride a horse named Hustle.”
