Chipotle Temporarily Closes West End Restaurant

It was three weeks ago that a customer inside of the West End Chipotle restaurant took video of rats running around the downtown Dallas location.  But the restaurant continued with business until this week, Dallas Chipotle has closed the restaurant temporarily.

The Chipotle in the West End closed its doors Tuesday, which marked exactly three weeks since the video was posted all over social media.  In the footage, one rodent ran past a table, another was lying limp on the ground and a third was crawling up a wall.  The man who took the video said  “Management didn’t do anything while we were there but apologize.”

It’s unclear when the restaurant will reopen. Employees were given the option to move to nearby Chipotle locations while the building is evaluated.

Chipotle isn't taking any more chances on this location for now. 🐁 🐁
