Hotel Loses Franchise Due to Price Gouging to Hurricane Victims

The owners of the Robstown Best Western Plus will soon have to remove any affiliation to the Hotel chain because they lost their franchise due to investigation that showed they were price gouging.  Some cases doubling and triple charging customers.  They are ordered to remove the hotel chain’s signage.  READ More:  HERE

KXAN's Wes Rapaport said he wanted to make sure the hurricane victims who were staying there weren't getting taken advantage of by the hotel.
