You may have seen this story on the TODAY show, In the town of Bathurst, New Brunswick, a new ban has caught everyone by surprise including the Mayor of the town who was against the law, but was outvoted. Trick or Treating will have an age limit in this Canadian town, if you are over 16 years-old you could face a $200.00 fine.

A new law is getting lots of media attention because beginning October 3rd teens over the age of 16 will be banned from trick or treating and will enforce a Halloween curfew of 8 p.m.
