On Friday they announced it will happen with a new Fatburger opening in 2018, according to Dallas News. Fatburger announced all North Texas locations will be franchised. Many locations are open 24 hours.

“Starting in [the first quarter] of 2018, there will be possibly three to five in North Texas, we’re just not sure where yet,” Andy Wiederhorn, chief executive of the Fat Brands said in an emailed: “The initial focus is to open in Dallas, and then Houston.”
Fatburger was born in Los Angeles in 1952, with locations in Hollywood, California, Las Vegas, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Arizona and locations all over the World. Fatburger is well-known for size burgers from Small, to XXL, and XXXL burgers that has one and half pounds of beef that is (three half-pound patties) topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, relish, diced onions, pickles, mayo, and cheddar cheese.
