7. The location
You can renovate but you can’t change the location or area of your house. Common mistake buyers fall in love with amenities of the house but overlook the location or distance to work or schools.
6. The job market
If you the home buyer doesn’t have a secure job always keep in mind how far is the active job market.
5. The parking situation
Maybe the family has three cars but a one car garage, or the house has no parking space for visitors. Find out if the community parking restricts parking in the street.
4. Taking good advice from others
when buying a house, become knowledgeable from more than the internet but contractors, real agent agents and local professionals

Plan your route especially if you have school age children, how far, how long is the drive, how far is your house from school bus pick-up location?
2. Neighbors and neighborhood
This is a big deal, noisy neighbors or how homes are kept in appearance, yards, landscaping, non working cars outside, barking dogs . . .etc. If things don’t look right or feel right that could be a sign to keep on looking.

Best thing to do is get pre-approved before you start looking, that way you know how much to stay within and never buy more house you can really afford.
