Hard Eight BBQ only has  4 locations in Texas.  Stephenville, Roanoke, Coppell and The Colony.  Known for “Texas Style” eating experience!  Choose from the menu or simply choose a plate filled with brisket, ham, pork ribs, turkey, sirloin, sausage (with or w/o jalapenos), Chicken and Shrimp poppers or kabobs.
