Irving based Company, Varsari has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and has over 70 Dairy Queen locations in 3 States: Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico, The Franchisee will try to keep several locations open while the bankruptcy process continues but there will be many locations that will close including locations in North Texas: Cedar Hill & Carrollton.
