Cyber Monday becomes largest online shopping day in US history, a 16.8 percent increase from a year ago.
Mobile apps and mobile sales reached $2 Billion in a 24-hour period. A record $5.03 billion was spent online during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Sunday raked in $5.12 billion in online sales.
Top sellers on Cyber Monday included the Nintendo Switch, PJ Masks and Hatchimals & Colleggtibles figurines, Apple AirPods, Samsung tablets,Sony PlayStation VR, and the Microsoft Xbox One X, also streaming devices like Google Chromecast and Roku, and the video game Super Mario Odyssey.
