Recently, Chief Executive said during a conference call: “ongoing challenges in our Texas markets.”
“Looking ahead to 2018 … we expect to build fewer restaurants versus 2017,” he continued, “Performance in these restaurants continues to be below our expectations, and as such we will be implementing a brand relaunch in both of these markets”
