An ex-employee described how employees were instructed by managers to use Q-tips to make used foundations look new again and said the store would clean used lipsticks with alcohol before stocking back on shelves.  The former worker took to twitter to call out unsanitary practices by Ulta.  The Twitter user said her managers would “clean products with alcohol” to make them look new.  FULL STORY:  HERE
