Hotel Being Sued Because Valet Gave $300,000 Ferrari to Wrong Man

Florida attorney James Fowler, 73, has filed a lawsuit against Marriott International for negligence because the valet gave his keys of a yellow 2014 Ferrari 458 Italia Spider (worth $300,000)  to another hotel guest.  The Tampa Bay Times reported Wednesday,  police pulled over the stolen car, with the driver inside and in possession of marijuana and cocaine,  Levi Miles, then 28, insisted the car was not actually stolen because valet gave him the keys.   FULL STORY:  HERE
