Mall shoppers are familiar with the ‘Claire’s’ known for selling fashion accessories and jewelry.  The store is now reaching for bankruptcy protection.  Many malls have been struggling for more customers and more customers are shopping online. Claire’s had 3,291 stores worldwide  “Claire’s business has been improving and it’s generating more cash-flow, but its debt level needs to be reduced,” said Philip Emma, analyst at restructuring industry information firm Debtwire.    MORE INFO: HERE
