T-Mobile is acquiring Sprint for $26 Billion, the two companies have reached an agreement to come together to form a new company, they say this will benefit consumers.

Current T-Mobile chief executive officer, John Legere, will serve as the CEO over the new merged company, which will also retain the T-Mobile name.
