North Texas Municipal Water District said the spill is contained to a one mile stretch of the creek and has not traveled past Frankford Road. What happened?? Construction worker(s) in Plano working torn into a hole of wastewater pipes, and it began spewing down, and warning went out for White Rock Lake that 1 MILLION gallons of raw sewage was on it’s way….. he pipeline has been repaired. The water district said officials believe the sewage will not make its way down to the lake. MORE: HERE
